A free in-home consultation: We’ll discuss what types of images you want to display, how and where you want to display them, whether it’s prints for you wall or a custom album, we’ll look at possible locations for your session, and what colors work best in your home. 2. Your portrait session: Your session should be fun and relaxing. We’ll photograph the moments we discussed in the agreed upon location(s). We want to capture the emotion and true beauty of your family. Leave the stiff “cheese” faces for Aunt Marge at the next family reunion. The rate for the session is $300 for the two hours. If we rent a studio for the session, additional costs will be applied. Also, travel time over 1 hour is $25.00 in addition to the fee. 3. Select your photos: We’ll review the final images together and select the one or ones that are perfect for you. Your investment in prints is up to you. A large canvas print to hang above your sofa could cost up to a few hundred dollars where an unframed 5x7 print costs $20.
